What are the delivery charges like?

We provide free delivery from SGD1,000.00 purchase in a single invoice to a single location on lift landing levels.

 

Purchase amount :- SGD 0 - 1,000: Delivery fee of SGD50.00 [Before 7% GST]

There will be labor charges for climbing stairs to deliver our goods.

Do you provide International delivery?

Currently we only do delivery and installation locally [Singapore], however, client can arrange their own transport from Singapore out to other countries and we could provide installation manual to assist with the situation. Till now, we have done exports to Malaysia, Japan and Indonesia before.

How do I return an item?

For local clients, we accept returns at our Northstar@AMK branch in exchange for a credit note which the client could use to purchase other items in our store.

What is your returns policy?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund in credit note or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.

  • You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.

  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the invoice.

  • Return shipping cost will be beared by client.

How do I track my order?

All indent stock items will take a lead time of 3 - 4 weeks, once our container of goods reached Singapore, we will despatch the orders by areas. Our friendly colleagues will get in touch with you on the delivery date and time nearer to the container arrival date.

How can I contact your couriers?

You can just call in to our main line at 6339 4123, and we will attend to you.

What are your delivery options?

We have our own delivery team who are trained in the installation of our own products. We sometimes outsource our delivery to LaLaMove if our deliveries get too overwhelmed.
